Return & Refund Policy

All items are made to order, and for that reason all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless you have a damaged or incorrect order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@inkbyjames.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

  • Returns accepted for 30 days
  • Free return shipping

  • No restocking fee

  • Final sale items: 5 collections can't be returned


If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion. Items reported outside of this timeframe may not be eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each piece is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing or preferences

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

European Union Customers

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, orders shipped to the European Union are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved due to damage or error, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
