All of our products are made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for your artwork to be created, packaged, and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

Domestic orders: 3–7 business days

International orders: 7–21 business days
Please note that shipping times are in addition to the 2–4 week production period.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delays
While we do our best to meet stated timelines, delays may occur due to:

Ink by James is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
